Material Handling/Drayage Services

What is Material Handling?

The unloading of your shipment, transporting it to your booth, storing and returning your empty crates and cartons and reloading your shipment at the close of the show (also called Drayage). This service is not included in the cost of your booth space. Avoid unexpected costs at show site and pre-order this service below. Shipping/Logistics costs are separate and are not included in material handling rates. Material Handling surcharges may apply.

LTW Surcharge: 30.00%

Special Handling Surcharge: 35.00%

Uncrated Surcharge: 60.00%

Please note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, March 21, 2023 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Thursday, April 20, 2023 will incur a late to warehouse fee.

GES is unable to receive flatbed shipments or any single piece weighing over 5,000 pounds at the Advance Warehouse.

Drivers with outbound shipments must check in at the exhibit site and the exhibitor must turn in the bills of lading by 12:00 PM to guarantee same day loading.
