Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT

Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Greater Columbus Convention Center absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.


Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at Yellow Transportation 5400 Fisher Rd. Columbus, OH  43228


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Tuesday, May 21, 2019 - Wednesday, June 19, 2019
Warehouse will be closed Monday, May 27, 2019 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

United States of America

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Wednesday, June 26, 20192:00 PM To 6:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
Wednesday, June 26, 20194:00 PM 

Facility must be cleared by:
Wednesday, June 26, 20196:00 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
