Coal Prep 2015 Rupp Arena
Important Guidelines

Due to the floor load limitations and design of the Rupp Arena, the following rules and guidelines must be adhered to at all times:

• Freight cannot exceed 5000 lbs. per 100 square feet of booth space
• Freight cannot be delivered with a forklift larger than standard size
• Cranes are not permitted on the Rupp Arena Showfloor
• Hanging signs are not permitted in Rupp Arena
• Plumbing and compressed air are very limited in Rupp Arena and may not be available to exhibitors. Requests must be coordinated and approved with Show Management and LEXPO Exposition Services at least 30 days in advance of move-in.

All exhibitors in Rupp Arena that do not meet the above requirement must complete the online Booth Approval Request Form for review

Move In/Move Out

The Rupp Arena move-in is on a strict target schedule. Note: All Rupp Arena exhibitors must be completely moved out by 9:00 pm on Wednesday, April 29, 2015.
