Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
  • Tuesday, June 4, 2019 - Wednesday, July 3, 2019

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Maximum piece size is 82"H x 96"W x 3,000 lbs.


Due to enforcement of a New Orleans City Ordinance that restricts the size of vehicles in the French Quarter, exhibitors are strongly encouraged to send exhibit materials in advance to the New Orleans GES Advance Warehouse at 3761 Louisa St, New Orleans. Exhibitors who send their shipments directly to show site need to be aware that vehicles in excess of 36' in length are not allowed in the French Quarter; exhibitors are responsible for notifying their carriers of this limitation. Please see Material Handling information listed here within for applicable deadlines and fees for all shipments.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Please note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, June 4, 2019 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Wednesday, July 3, 2019 may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.

No Direct Shipments will be accepted at New Orleans Marriott

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the New Orleans Marriott. The New Orleans Marriott does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the New Orleans Marriott will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the New Orleans Marriott for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

Return to Warehouse:
Please note that the GES New Orleans office does not offer Freight Return to Warehouse Services. All freight must be picked up at the conclusion of the show by your chosen carrier. If your carrier does not show up, your freight will be re-routed. Once your freight is re-routed, it will be billed to your order confirmation.
