Please note: Shipments arriving before Wednesday, March 1, 2017 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Friday, March 31, 2017 may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.

No Direct Shipments will be accepted at Diplomat Resort and Spa Hollywood

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the Diplomat Resort and Spa Hollywood. The Diplomat Resort and Spa Hollywood does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Diplomat Resort and Spa Hollywood will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Diplomat Resort and Spa Hollywood for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: Post show pickup of exhibitor materials is allowed at the Diplomat Resort and Spa Hollywood.
