• Vantage Advertising is the official IDDBA Dairy-Deli-Bake Seminar & Expo demonstrator provider.


• Demonstrators and celebrities hired through Vantage Advertising by an exhibitor to work in their booth may register at no charge when the exhibitor agrees to the demonstrator guidelines.


• Demonstrators, costumed characters, and celebrities not hired through Vantage Advertising will be charged the standard registration fees ($300-$525).


• Demonstrators, characters, and celebrities wearing costumes must remain in their own booth. As a matter of safety and courtesy to others, costumed characters, demonstrators, and other strolling entertainment or moving advertisements outside the exhibitor's space are not permitted. Such activities must be contained inside the contracted booth space.


• Demonstrators, costumed characters, and celebrities must be properly and modestly clothed. Excessively revealing attire is prohibited.


• Demonstrators, costumed characters, and celebrities must be wearing his/her IDDBA badge with the person's name (not that of the character), and it must be easily visible at all time.


• To register demonstrators:

Both forms must be completed and returned by April 5 or the demonstrator registration will be subject to full registration fees ($300-$525).
