Important Freight Return Information

Dear Exhibitor,

As you may know, The Hawaii Automobile Dealers Association recently announced that it has canceledThe First Hawaiian MotorCon Show at The Hawaii Convention Center, and it will NOT be held on the originally scheduled dates of March 27 – 29, 2020. 

Important Freight Return Information:

The Cypress, CA warehouse advance freight is in the process of being returned to Cypress via ocean container and you will be notified once it is available for pick up. Prior to arranging carrier pick-up at our warehouse, access the electronic Material Handling form fill it out, scan, and email it to:

If you pre-booked outbound transportation with GES Logistics, GES will handle your Material Handling form and the shipment of your freight. If you need assistance with your outbound shipping click here to get a quote.

If you have arranged your own shipping, please notify your carrier that it can check-in to the GES Warehouse 5560 Katella Avenue Cypress, CA 90630 after 8:00AM on Tuesday, April 14  – 20, 2020 (dates subject to change due to restrictions with Covid-19). GES Warehouse hours of operation are M-F 8-3:30pm. If all items have not been picked up by Monday, April 20th, freight will be sent to offsite storage and applicable fees will apply.

Freight en-route to the GES Warehouse, but not received, will not be accepted to avoid you having to schedule later pickup dates.

Billing Information

All orders for The First Hawaiian MotorCon Showwill be automatically canceled. Refunds will be issued for any GES services ordered that have NOT been rendered. Except for freight received and/or any carpet orders.

Final invoices are e-mailed approximately 15 days after the planned show dates to the customer or invoice contact. A receipt is available for those who ordered online through Expresso by navigating to My Account/Order History/Select Invoice/Order Confirmation to view services rendered.
