  • Tuesday, January 30, 2018 - Friday, February 23, 2018
  • For Exhibitor set up date and times, please refer to the “Exhibitor Set Up Date & Time” on the Target Move-In Floor Plan.
  • Booths in the North Halls MUST ship Advanced.
  • Booths in Level 300 MUST ship Advanced.
Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, January 30, 2018 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Friday, February 23, 2018 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.
