Thank you for participating at Natural Products Expo West/Engredea 2018. We would like to introduce ourselves as your Client Services Specialists. We are here to help you plan a successful show and answer any questions you may have.

Please take a few minutes to read this Exhibitor Services Kit (ESK) carefully. The following pages include rules tips and order forms to help maximize your exhibiting experience.

• Booth Rules & Regulations – many changes have been made this year that will affect all booth types. Please be aware that the NEW Booth Rules and Regulations will be strictly enforced.
• Carpet/Flooring: ALL booths are required to have floor covering/carpet (except for tabletops).
• Booth Approval Form: ALL booths (except for tabletops) will be required to submit drawings or pictures of their booths for approval by TBD. See the Booth Rules and Regulations for more details.
• Move-In: Advance Warehouse Move-In is REQUIRED for ALL booths in the North Halls and Level 300 Exhibits.
• Hand-Carry/Cartload & Private Owned Vehicle (POV) Delivery: If you are transporting your materials to the show yourself, please carefully review the Marshaling Yard and Hand Carry section for more information.

Show Information: All inbound exhibit material and equipment is specifically targeted for delivery by booth number. Please refer to your Assigned Move-In Information & Target Floor Plans for your scheduled date and time. We encourage you to utilize the Advance Warehouse for shipping.

Booths in the North Halls must be show ready by: Thursday, March 8th, at 10:00AM

Booths in Halls A-E, Level 300, Arena, and Arena Lobby must be show ready by: Thursday, March 8, at 5pm (this applies to all booths except LIFOs moving in on Thursday morning).

Official Vendors and Ordering Information:

Natural Products Expo West/Engredea 2018 has partnered with several service providers to offer you everything you need to have a successful show. All services and/or furnishings should be ordered in advance to save you money and ensure a timely move in. Use the Critical Dates Checklist to keep track of important deadlines and official vendor information.

Hotel & Travel Information:

onPeak is the official housing partner for the Natural Products Expo West/Engredea 2017. Booking within the official housing block will provide the best rates at official hotels. Please be advised that onPeak is the ONLY housing company authorized to use the Natural Products Expo West/Engredea name and/or logo and it is the only company allowed to represent itself as a Natural Products Expo West/Engredea housing partner.

Shipping Information:

To ensure the receipt of your exhibiting materials on time and to avoid unloading delays on-site, we recommend shipping in advance to the GES warehouse. All shipping information and associated costs can be found under the Shipping/Drayage/Material Handling/Access Storage section of the ESK.
