Required:

1. A graphic order MUST be placed prior to submitting graphic files on this page. Please ensure you have a confirmation for your graphic order before uploading files. Any graphic files received without an order will not be produced.
2. Graphic file(s) must be uploaded with a layout or diagram showing placement. Any orders submitted without a placement plan/instructions by Friday, June 20, 2025 will automatically be placed on the center back wall as the default location. Changes made on-site will be billable.
3. 3. Each graphic file and placement plan must be labeled with your company name, the show name, booth number if known, and panel information. (e.g. EGGWHITES_COOKING SHOW_1234_3M Fabric Wall 1.pdf)
   Valid file extensions: .pdf, .tiff, .tif, .jpeg, .jpg, .gif, .png

Important Graphic File Information:

• Files obtained from the internet (JPG, GIF, PNG) or artwork created in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) are often not suitable for high quality output.
• Vector-based artwork is the preferred file type, with file extensions of .ai or .eps
• Artwork images must be provided at a min. of 100 dpi at actual print size for proper resolution.
• Only print ready graphic files are accepted and will be produced "as-is."
