Dear Exhibitor,

Thank you for exhibiting at SupplySide West \ Fi North America (FiNA) 2019. We would like to introduce ourselves as your Client Services Specialists. We are here to help you plan a successful show and answer any questions you may have. Please take a few minutes to review the compiled documents, tools and services we have assembled for your use as many things have changed this year.

New for 2019:

  • Booth Approval Form: ALL booths (except for booth packages) will be required to submit a Mandatory Booth Approval form which must include drawings or pictures with measurements of the booth for approval by August 2, 2019.
  • FiNA: Food ingregients North America (FiNA) will be launched for the first time in the United States at SupplySide West 2019 bringing with it a larger audience and more opportunities.
  • NEW - Food Safety and Sampling Guidelines: If you are sampling food or beverages, make sure that you read through the NEW Food and Sampling Guidelines. Hand washing stations may be required depending on certain conditions.
  • Booth Rules and Regulations: Many changes have been made this year that will affect all booth types. Please be aware that the NEW Booth Rules and Regulations will be strictly enforced.
  • Company ID Signs: In order to be more sustainable, Company ID Signs will no longer be included with In-Line booths as they have in the past. Company ID Signs are available upon request through GES.
  • Carpet/Flooring: ALL booths are REQUIRED to have floor covering/carpet. Carpet may be rented from GES.
  • First Time Exhibitors: Whether this is your first show or your 100th, we have put together some helpful tips, including information on How to Save Money. We highly recommend reading through the entire document as soon as possible.

 

Show Information: All inbound exhibit material and equipment is specifically targeted for delivery by
booth number. Please refer to your Assigned Move-In Information & Target Floor Plans
for your scheduled date and time.
We encourage you to utilize the Advance Warehouse for shipping.

All booths must be show ready by Wednesday, October 16th, at 8:00 PM (this applies to all booths except for the LIFOs moving in on Thursday morning).


Official Vendors and Ordering Information:

SupplySide West has partnered with several service providers to offer you everything you need to have a successful show. All services and/or furnishings should be ordered in advance to save you money and ensure a timely move-in. Use the Critical Dates and Deadlines Checklist to keep track of important deadlines.

Exhibitor Registration:

Exhibitors will receive four (4) complimentary booth personnel badges per 10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft.) exhibit space. Exhibitor personnel badges do not include the education sessions. Education sessions are not included as part of the personnel badges and would require an additional cost to upgrade.

Hotel & Travel Information:

onPeak is the Official Housing Provider of SupplySide West. Book your hotel reservations through onPeak here. Always look for the onPeak Official Housing Vendor seal when you’re making hotel reservations. If you book with anyone else, you give up the benefits negotiated by our housing department. Neither onPeak, nor SupplySide West have any affiliation with these organizations and cannot vouch for their services in any way. Entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can potentially cost you thousands of dollars with no guarantee of an actual hotel reservation. Reservations through these agencies or companies are made at your own risk and responsibility.

Lead Retrieval:

Attendee badges can be scanned to help you quickly capture pertinent information for follow-up after the show. By ordering a CompuSystems’ Lead Retrieval Unit, exhibitors can easily and accurately collect data from attendees in their booths. We recommend ordering this service in advance (early bird deadline is August 19, 2019, and the advanced deadline is September 24, 2019) using CompuSystems’ Lead Retrieval Order Form.

Shipping Information:

To ensure the receipt of your exhibiting materials on time and to avoid unloading delays on-site, we recommend shipping in advance to the GES warehouse. All shipping information and associated costs can be found under the Material Handling/Drayage Services section of the Exhibitor Service Kit. Use provided shipping labels in the Exhibitor Service Kit to expedite handling.
