Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
  • Friday, March 23, 2018 - Monday, April 9, 2018

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Friday, March 23, 2018 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Monday, April 9, 2018 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.

Direct to show site shipments will be accepted, but not advised at the Caesars Palace Las Vegas:

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will be accepted, but not advised at the Caesars Palace Las Vegas. The Caesars Palace Las Vegas does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Caesars Palace Las Vegas will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Caesars Palace Las Vegas for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

In addition, carriers must be directed to pick up outbound shipments at the GES warehouse. Shipments that are loaded at the facility will be charged a 30% surcharge.
