    Direct Shipping Notification: It is suggested that exhibit materials be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to showsite shipments will be accepted at , but are not advised. Caesars Palace, Las Vegas does not have full capabilities to receive nor have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Caesars Palace, Las Vegas will be consigned to GES and you will be billed higher material handling charges by GES and a 30% ($50 minimum) surcharge. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Caesars Palace, Las Vegas for any items sent directly to the Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - This event moves in and out on overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply. Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Trucks signing in after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime rate.

*All inbound carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Friday, March 23, 2018 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Monday, April 9, 2018 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.

Direct to show site shipments will be accepted, but not advised at the Caesars Palace Las Vegas:

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will be accepted, but are not advised at the Caesars Palace Las Vegas. The Caesars Palace Las Vegas does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Caesars Palace Las Vegas will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Caesars Palace Las Vegas for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

In addition, carriers must be directed to pick up outbound shipments at the GES warehouse. Shipments that are loaded at the facility will be charged a 30% surcharge.
