The FedEx Office at Walter E Washington Convention Center has instituted an additional receiving charge, which in turn will be applied to your invoice for any materials that go through the onsite FedEx receiving office.

Items received by the FedEx Office at Walter E Washington Convention Center department can be released to GES for delivery. Therefore, you will be charged for the Show Site Material Handling, plus the applicable FedEx Office charge listed below:

These rates are subject to change:
FedEx Received Carton, Up to 49.9 lbs. - $42.00 + tax
FedEx Received Carton, 50 lbs and Over - $50.00 + tax
FedEx Received Skids/Crates, per Pound ($250.00 Minimum) - $0.80 + tax

Follow these guidelines to avoid these additional charges:

• Ship to the GES Advance Warehouse by Wednesday, September 10, 2025, to avoid any package room charges. Standard material handling charges will apply for shipping to the Advance Warehouse.
