Non Self Propelled Vehicles / Machinery Information

The rates below are for non self propelled vehicles and off chassis shipping containers that can be unloaded with a forklift. If your shipment requires additional / specialized equipment, additional charges will apply. Please contact us if you have further questions.

Please complete the Mobile Display Units / Oversized Equipment form and return it to GES. You will be contacted by a GES representative to discuss your equipment needs and any associated additional expense.

To better serve your exhibiting needs please send non self propelled vehicles and machinery directly to show site. These shipments should not be sent to the advanced warehouse. In the event these shipments are sent to the warehouse, additional surcharges will apply.

Rates are per 100 lbs. View all pricing below.

Divide your weight by 100 and round to the nearest 100 lbs. Example 1,000 lbs is 10 CWT. 1,000 lbs / 100 = 10 CWT
