*All inbound carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, June 26, 2018 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Wednesday, July 25, 2018 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to conference site shipments will not be accepted at the New York Marriott Marquis. New York Marriott Marquis does not have the capabilities to receive nor have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the New York Marriott Marquis will be consigned to GES and you will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the New York Marriott Marquis for any items sent directly to the New York Marriott Marquis. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment received not within the deadlines.

In addition, carriers must be directed to pick up outbound shipments at the GES warehouse. Shipments that are loaded at the facility will be charged a 30% surcharge.
