Your booth includes a complimentary furnishings package. Default package accessories will be provided.
  • All apparel exhibitors will receive (3) 5' garment racks.
  • All accessory and footwear exhibitors will receive (3) shelves.
  • All apparel/accessory exhibitors will receive (2) 5' garment racks and (1) shelf.

For additional package furnishings, please e-mail NYFConcierge@ges.com with your request. GES will compile a list of these requests and check against package inventory. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will be informed by the end of August whether the order can be fulfilled.

Onsite swaps for package accessories (racks or shelves) are subject to a $79.50 labor fee for each item.

        - Max support weight per shelf is 25 lbs.
        - Shelves are not adjustable, but can be removed by the exhibitor (labor not required)

  • Names reflected on the ID Sign are provided directly from show management. Any change requests must be submitted to your show salesperson. Updates will be communicated to GES.
  • Onsite Swaps for package accessories (racks or shelves) are subject to a $79.50 labor fee for each item. If you pre-order rolling racks and distinct shelves, you cannot swap for ladder racks on site.
