Important Information

• This form will be reviewed after the deadline date and you will be contacted with the appropriate approval if request is granted.
• Booth location, size and other conditions relative to your location in the Exhibit Hall affect the overall efficiency of freight movement. GES cannot guarantee that your assigned target date can be changed, however we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs. This form will be returned within five days, indicating approval, adjustment or denial of your request to change your target date. This document will be your only source of verification. Retain it for your records and be sure to distribute a copy to your freight carrier.
• If your shipment has already been received at the advanced warehouse, the target date cannot be changed for that shipment.
