    Please note: Mandatory flooring is now required on the show.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Overtime: Monday through Friday before 8:00 AM and after 4:30 PM, and all day on weekends/holidays.
Trucks signing in after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime or non-standard rate.

Please note: Friday, June 19th is Juneteenth, a federal holiday in the United States. Labor surcharges will apply.

All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse and/or showsite by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.


Warehouse cannot accept:
Any single piece greater than 4,400 lbs. (1995 kg)
Any single piece with a height greater than 100 inches (2.5 m)
Any single piece with a width greater than 96 inches (2.4 m)
Any flatbed deliveries

Please note: Shipments arriving before Thursday, May 14, 2026 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Friday, June 12, 2026 may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.
