GES will take care your request for change of target date(s) under consideration, upon receipt of this form. Completed form will be returned to the attention of Denise Schoenwetter.

Target date change requests must be received by Friday, April 1, 2016.

Please note that due to the location, size and/or other conditions relative to your booth, GES cannot guarantee that your assigned target date/time can be changed. However, we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs. You will be contacted via email within 5-7 business days indicating approval, adjustment or denial of your request to change your date. This form will be your only source of verification. Retain it for your records and be sure to distribute a copy to your freight carrier.
