  For booths in Tabletop Hall, regardless of size (Booth #s 3000-4999 in Summit Building):
  Tables and chairs, as needed, can be ordered under Booth Furnishings Rental.

  Booth Disposal Services Will Not Be Available. All Exhibits Must Be Shipped Out From The Event.
  Excess waste left after the show will incur a minimum $250 fee for excess trash. This charge does not include leaving booths or exhibits. Any excess waste immediately before the show open will incur a minimum $250 fee.
  
  Please submit the Show Site Contact Form for this event to ensure you receive your digital copies of all important show documents.
  
  All exhibitors needing dock access are required to go to the marshaling yard. Any vehicle requiring loading dock access to unload is subject to material handling charges.
  Booths 100-2900 will be located in the Arch Building (Level 4).
  Booths 3000-4000 will be located in the Summit Building (Level 0).
  Booths 4000+ and Tabletops will be located in the Summit Building (Level 2).
  

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.
