    Please Note: The Facility is Not Carpeted. Therefore, carpet is not included in your Booth Space - Ordering Flooring is Strongly Recommended to maintain the look of the show.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Overtime: Monday through Friday before 8:00 AM and after 4:30 PM, and all day on weekends/holidays.

All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Shipping Addresses


No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

  • Small Package:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and Holidays. (Includes UPS, FedEx, Amazon and DHL)

Maximum piece size is 104"H x 96"W x 96"L x 3,000 lbs.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Please note that the GES New Orleans office does not offer Freight Return to Warehouse Services. All freight must be picked up at the conclusion of the show by your chosen carrier. If your carrier does not show up, your freight will be re-routed. Once your freight is re-routed, it will be billed to your order confirmation.
