No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Traditional Freight: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

  • Small Package: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and Holidays. (includes UPS, FedEx, Amazon and DHL)

Maximum piece size is 104"H x 96"W x 96"L x 3,000 lbs.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

No Direct Shipments will be accepted at Sheraton New Orleans

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the Sheraton New Orleans. The Sheraton New Orleans does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Sheraton New Orleans will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES.

Return to Warehouse:
Please note that the GES New Orleans office does not offer Freight Return to Warehouse Services. All freight must be picked up at the conclusion of the show by your chosen carrier. If your carrier does not show up, your freight will be re-routed. Once your freight is re-routed, it will be billed to your order confirmation.
