What's Included in the Standard Booth

  • Booth Size: 10' x 10'
    Backwall Drape: Gray
    Sidewall Drape: Gray
    Facility Carpeted: No
    1 Line ID Sign per Linear Booth


    Booth Equipment
    Please refer to contract for booth size.
    Each inline booth will be set with 8’ high Gray back drape and 3’ high Gray side dividers.
    Peninsula booth will be set with 8' high gray back drape.
    Island booths do not include any drape.

    Booth Carpet is not included and is NOT mandatory this year.

    NOTE: ORDERS PLACED ON-SITE WITHIN 90 MINUTES OF SHOW OPENING WILL BE DELIVERED AFTER THE SHOW OPENS.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

 

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.
