What's Included in the Standard Booth

  • Turnkey Pod Space:
    Booth Size: 8' x 10'
    (1) Backwall graphic and Double-sided Flag Header with logo
    Monitor Mount if needed ( Monitor must be ordered separately, maximum size 32" )
    (1) 1M Counter
    (1) Counter Stool

    Please Note: The Facility is Carpeted.

    The monitor mounts included in package do not include labor to physically mount. They are only to accommodate for exhibitors' AV to attach to each pod. Exhibitor will need to order labor from GES for monitor mounting. The proper hardware to affix the monitor to the pods must be ordered/requested from the AV company.

Please take notice - This event moves in and out on overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply. Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Trucks signing in after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime rate.

Trucks over 36 feet are also prohibited in the interior of the French Quarter. This includes delivery trucks.

*All inbound carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
