What's Included in the Standard Booth

  • Booth Package Includes the following:
    Complimentary Wastebasket per 10' x 10' booth space.
    Complimentary Daily Vacuuming.
    Complimentary Porter Service throughout each show day.
    Complimentary Inbound and Outbound Material Handling Fee.

    Please use included Product Shipment labels located in the Refrigerated & Frozen Storage section of this manual for all product shipments. These shipments will be held in secure storage until you arrive and request delivery to your booth.

    *** ELECTRICAL SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE BOOTH PACKAGE OR THE SPACE RENTAL FEE PAID TO IAADFS ***

Please note: Overtime charges are before 8:00 AM and after 4:30 PM, all applicable surcharges will apply.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
