This schedule refers to the time your freight carrier has been assigned to check-in at the Convention Center and placed in line for unloading. The schedule is for the freight move-in of your exhibit and display equipment only. You are not required to begin setting up your display at this time. If you elect to ship your freight to the GES Advance Receiving Warehouse, that freight will be delivered to your booth by 7am on first day of Exhibitor Move-in, Friday, July 8th. Please note, GES cannot accept any perishable freight to the advance warehouse-all must be shipped directly using the targeted plan.

If you cannot adhere to the assigned target freight delivery date and wish to request a change, please completed the target variance request form located in the kit.
