IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Diplomat Resort and Spa Hollywood absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at UPS Freight c/o Clover Systems 1910 NW 97th Avenue Miami, FL  33172

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Tuesday, March 6, 2018 - Friday, April 6, 2018


Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Saturday, April 14, 20183:00 PM To 7:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
