Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

All inbound carriers must check in based on Target Plan to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Please note: Shipments arriving before Wednesday, February 25, 2026 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after assigned delivery deadline may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.
