    *When Exhibitors choose to hand-carry their items in, they can not access the designated material handling area.
    *Under no circumstance is an exhibitor authorized to use GES material handling equipment for any purpose.
    *This show adheres to the IAEE Guidelines, booth display Line of Sight rules and booth backwall rules will apply. *Please see the included IAEE Guidelines for details.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Shipping Addresses

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.
