What's Included in the Standard Booth

  • If your company name does not auto-populate, please come back in a few days. Company information populates approximately 5-7 business days after your contract is signed with Informa. Booth numbers listed on GES Expresso beginning with a "Z" are placeholder booth numbers and any booth numbers on Expresso may not be the most up to date.     10’ x 10’ Booth Includes:

         300 lbs drayage per exhibitor regardless of booth size (Product Only)
         (1) 2000 Watt Electrical Outlet (per booth regardless of size)

         Accessory/Footwear Brands – (3) White Distinct Shelving Units – 72”H x 54”W x 14”
         Accessory/Apparel Brands – 2 Racks / 1 Shelving Unit
         Walls: FIT3 White Fabric – 3M Backwall, 1M Side Walls

    If the accessory mix noted does not meet your exhibit needs, please reach out to your Informa Account Manager no later than March 26, 2025. Limited quantities MAY be available on-site for additional orders and accessory swaps but may take up to 2 hours for delivery. On-site charges will apply.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
