MAGIC Nashville Booth Package Information

Your booth includes a complimentary furnishings package. Default package accessories will be provided.
  • All apparel exhibitors will receive (3) 6' garment racks.
  • All accessory and footwear exhibitors will receive 3 shelves.
  • Accessory/Apparel brands receive (2) racks / (1) shelving unit.
      • All booths include:
  • One (1) Distinct White Table, 30"H x 42"W x 30"D, 305181
  • Two (2) Christopher White Chairs, 17"L 19"D 35"H, 305260
  • One (1) Wastebasket
  • One (1) 11" x 17" ID Sign
  • 2000 Watts of Power, regardless of booth size
  • 300 lbs. of drayage per exhibitor, regardless of booth size, product only

If the accessory mix noted does not meet your exhibit needs please reach out to your Informa salesperson no later than Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

Limited quantities will be available on-site for additional orders and accessory changes, but may take up to 2 hours for delivery.

Onsite swaps for package accessories (racks or shelves) are subject to a $62.25 labor fee for each item.
