Important Shipping Information for Exhibit Freight

No Inbound Shipping to Show Site Notification:

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. The Sheraton Dallas Hotel does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Sheraton Dallas Hotel will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Sheraton Dallas Hotel for any items sent directly to the venue. For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit site address.

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Wednesday, February 20, 2019 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Thursday, March 21, 2019 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.

Direct to show site shipments will not be accepted at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel:

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. The Sheraton Dallas Hotel does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Sheraton Dallas Hotel will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Sheraton Dallas Hotel for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

In addition, carriers must be directed to pick up outbound shipments at the GES warehouse. Shipments that are loaded at the facility will be charged a 30% surcharge.
