What's Included in the Standard Booth

  • Booth Equipment
    Please refer to contract for booth size.
    Inline/Corner booths will be set with 8' high Natural Muslin back drape and 3' high Natural Muslin side dividers.
    Peninsula booths will be set with 8' high Natural Muslin back drape.
    Island booths do not include any drape.

    All booths REQUIRE carpet/flooring and must cover your entire booth space. Exception: Gray Carpet will be provided for 5 x 10 booths.

    Your booth purchase includes your brand and products being discoverable by retailers on Beacon Discovery—the anytime-anywhere discovery platform. You will be featured on Beacon through 2024. New exhibitors will automatically be on Beacon Discovery. Returning exhibitors, please see here to get your products on before the show.

• This event moves in and out on overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply
• Straight Time: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• All refrigerated/frozen storage is to be shipped direct to showsite only. Do not ship these items to the advanced warehouse.
• North Hall booths are required to ship to advance warehouse (Move In)
• NO EARLY SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED at the advance warehouse
