Important Dates and Deadlines

IMPORTANT

• This event moves in and out on overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply
• Straight Time: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• All refrigerated/frozen storage is to be shipped direct to showsite only. Do not ship these items to the advanced warehouse.
• North Hall booths are required to ship to advance warehouse (Move In)
• NO EARLY SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED at the advance warehouse
• Please Read: Outbound Carrier Instructions

All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.
