Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort and Spa absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 1500 South 91st Avenue Suite 101 Phoenix, AZ  85353


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:1/25/2024
Thursday, January 25, 2024 - Monday, February 26, 2024


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Friday, March 1, 20243:00 PM To 5:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
