Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
  • Tuesday, March 12, 2019 - Wednesday, April 10, 2019

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM; Closed 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Please note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, March 12, 2019 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Wednesday, April 10, 2019 may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.

No Direct Shipments will be accepted at Omni Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Montelucia

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the Omni Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Montelucia. The Omni Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Montelucia does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Omni Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Montelucia will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Omni Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Montelucia for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.
