Your Furniture Package offers a hassle-free experience at PROJECT / MAGIC MENS / POOL / TENTS. This will make your pre-show and post-show experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Additional booth accessories are available for order on the Booth Furnishings page.

Standard 10’ x 8’ (2.5M x .5M Walls)

Booth Consists of 6’ H White Hard Walls
Working space = 8' 1-3/16" wide x 9' 11-3/16" deep
1M Panel – 38 1/16” wide x 67 3/8” high
Visual Opening – 37 9/16” wide x 65 ½” high

½ M Panel – 18 11/16” wide x 67 3/8” high
Visual Opening – 18 3/16” wide x 65 ½” high

• Package Accessory Default- Exhibitors who neglect to submit their accessory selection by January 22nd will remain with the following default set-up.
  
  • Apparel companies: All garment racks
  • Accessory/shoes/jewelry companies: All shelves
• Package Walls- Exhibitors may submit wall change requests at no charge until the Tuesday, January 22nd. Any wall change requests submitted beyond the deadline date will incur labor fees. The ½ M panel located at front of the booth with the ID sign may not be removed unless approved by show management. Exhibitors may attach items to walls that do not leave residue or damage walls. If stickers or other items are have left residue or damage to walls, fixtures, or flooring, or have been left attached to walls, fixtures, or flooring, Exhibitor will be billed for full replacement costs. Nothing may be nailed or drilled into walls.
• Graphics/Signage- Signage must be placed inside the booth and not the aisle. Pop-up, vinyl banners and retractable signage is not permitted. No photocopied pictures are permitted on the walls. No graphics can be hung on booth package with visible clips.
• ID Signs- Names reflected on the ID sign are provided directly from show management. Any change requests must be submitted by the exhibitor to their show salesperson. Updates will be communicated to GES.
• Height Limit- Nothing may extend above 6’ from the floor including product, décor, display items, fixtures, furniture or lighting. Hanging anything above the booth is prohibited. If there is a violation of this, show management may access a fee or deny you exhibition in future events. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Flooring- The booth package does not include carpet. If you choose to carpet your booth, carpet must cover the entire floor of the booth. No Exceptions. Area rugs must be finished with no raw edges. The rugs must not present a tripping or safety hazard.
