Packages are only available for online selection until the deadline date. Please contact us for any changes or questions. All package requests must now be done at showsite through the Servicenter or with your GES Service Executive.

Your Furniture Package offers a hassle-free experience at PROJECT / MAGIC MENS / POOL / TENTS. This will make your pre-show and post-show experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Additional booth accessories are available for order on the Booth Furnishings page.

Booth Consists of 8’ H White Fabric Walls
Working space = 9' 8-1/4" wide x 9' 8-1/4" deep
1M Panel = 38-3/4” wide x 96” high
1/2M Panel = 19-3/8” wide x 96” high
Important Information:

  • Package Substitutions- Exhibitors may not substitute any package furniture for accessories. For example, can’t substitute a chair/table for another garment rack/shelving unit.
  • Package Accessory Default- There are 2 (two) package accessory options. Exhibitors may only select 1 (one) of the options. Exhibitors with larger booth spaces, such as a 10x20 and larger, may not combine both package accessory options. For example, a 10x20 booth can’t have both accessory package options A & B. Exhibitors who neglect to submit their accessory selection by January 22nd will remain with the following default set-up.
    • Apparel companies: Ladder Rack with all hang bars
    • Accessory/shoes/jewelry companies: Ladder Rack with all straight shelves
  • Package Walls- Exhibitors may submit wall change requests at no charge until the Tuesday, January 22nd. Any wall change requests submitted beyond the deadline date will incur labor fees. The ½ M panel located at front of the booth with the ID sign may not be removed unless approved by show management. Exhibitors may not affix, apply, hang or attach any item (including, but not limited to, hanging clips, S-Hooks, lighting, fliers, banners, signage, stickers, decals or other items) on/to any booth package elements provided by Show Management. Any damage to the furniture due to unapproved materials, clips, sticker, etc. will be charged to the exhibitor for full replacement costs.
  • Corner Booths- All corner booths will have default setup with the side wall down. End cap Booths default setup will have walls down on three sides.
  • Graphics/Signage- Absolutely NO wall paper is permitted on this show. Exhibitors may bring in their own graphics and request GES labor to install. Signage must be free-standing and not attached to booth equipment. “Pop-up”, “retractable” and “blinking” signage is not permitted. Interior wall graphics in Fabric and Vinyl are permitted. All external graphics require show approval. Light Box graphics are the only exception for automatic approval to have exterior graphics.
    • Packages up to 400 square feet may not have exterior booth graphics.
    • Packages OVER 400 square feet can have exterior graphics, but must be approved by show management in writing, and may be submitted to the exhibitor’s sales representative for approval.
  • ID Signs- Names reflected on the ID sign are provided directly from show management. Any change requests must be submitted by the exhibitor to their show salesperson. Updates will be communicated to GES.
  • Height Limit- Nothing may extend above 8’ from the floor including product, décor, display items, accessories, furniture, truss, lighting, A/V equipment or signage. Hanging anything above the booth is prohibited.
  • Lights- Lighting may not be attached to booth equipment. Freestanding lighting must be approved. Neon and other decorative lighting are prohibited on exterior of booths. If exhibitor requires supplemental lighting it must be ordered through the electrical contractor (Edlen) and fixtures cannot be visible from the show floor (i.e. fixtures must remain either below booth wall height or remain in the ceiling). Neon and other decorative lighting are also prohibited in interior of packages up to 400 square feet
  • Flooring- Booths are provided with carpet which may not be removed. Area rugs may be used but may not present a tripping or safety hazard, must be finished with no raw edges, and may not cover more than 75% of the booth floor.
