IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Paris Las Vegas absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7000 Lindell Road Las Vegas, NV  89118


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:12/5/2017
Tuesday, December 5, 2017 - Wednesday, January 3, 2018


Monday, December 25, 2017 
Tuesday, December 26, 2017 
Monday, January 1, 2018 

Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7000 Lindell Road Las Vegas, NV  89118 starting:

Thursday, January 11, 20188:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Thursday, January 18, 20184:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
