There are two steps to gaining access to the show floor.

Step 1. The exhibitor’s booth coordinator must register the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor by logging in to the secure IMEX portal here.
Step 2. Exhibit Builders must pick up wrist bands for their labor to enter the expo hall.

Wrist bands will be given out to supervisors at the rear of the exhibition hall at the loading dock entrance. The supervisor is asked to collect all wrist bands for their team and labor. Move in wrist bands are only valid for the duration of move in. New wrist bands must be collected before the start of move out.

Note: no pre-registration for wrist bands is required.

All labor must present their wrist bands upon entry into the exhibition hall. Under no circumstances will anyone be allowed in the expo hall without a wrist band and ID. All entrances to the hall will be manned by security staff 24 hours.
