    Due to facility constraints, special handling charges will be applied for direct shipments that require ground loading. Reference the Special Handling brochure or contact GES for further explanation.


    All hanging signs or banners require written permission from Show Management, restricted to island booths 400sq ft or larger.

*All inbound carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, November 6, 2018 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Wednesday, December 5, 2018 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.
