To avoid the mixed shipment surcharge for RECon Leasing Mall, you are required to adhere to the following:

• Individual shipments must be consolidated (load all together on the trailer).
• Multiple shipments must be loaded logistically and delivered according to assigned target dates where target dates apply.

We understand there maybe some trailers that will need to have more than one area loaded on the trailer; you may combine your trailers in the following manner:

• Door 10 freight may be on the same trailer with door 9; but will be charged mixed shipment if loaded with any other door
• Doors 4, 6 and 9 may be loaded on the same trailer
• Doors 1 and 3 may be loaded on the same trailer
• Doors 19 and 23 may be loaded on the same trailer

Freight for the South Halls at the Las Vegas Convention Center must be loaded according to hall.

• S3 and S4 freight must be loaded together

When loading freight for different doors on the same trailer, please separate the freight logistically for each door (remember – freight for different doors that are on the same trailer can only be combined in the above manner). If the doors are combined properly, but are mixed on the trailer, mixed shipment charges will apply.
