*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Wed. May. 2, 201812:00 PM To 5:00 PMEmpty containers must be removed from the exhibit floor by the end of the day, Wednesday, May 2nd for aisle carpet installation overnight. Any crates, boxes or pallets left in the aisles will be placed in the exhibitors booths to facilitate carpet installation.
Thu. May. 3, 20187:00 AM To 2:00 PMEmpty Containers must be removed from the exhibit hall floor by 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 3rd for hall cleaning. No exhibitor re-entry after 2:00 PM.
