Dear Exhibitor,

The Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel package-receiving department has a limited capacity for shipments of materials and displays affiliated with trade show events. An additional package room charge will be applied to your invoice for any materials that go through the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel.

Items received by the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel package-receiving department will be released to GES for delivery. Therefore you will be charged for the Show Site Material Handling, and the applicable Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel package room charge listed below:

These rates are subject to change:
Hotel Received Carton, Up to 39.9 lbs. - $35.00 + 8.875% tax
Hotel Received Carton, 40 lbs and Over - $75.00 + 8.875% tax
Hotel Received Skids/Crates, per Pound ($250.00 Minimum) - $0.75 + 8.875% tax

Follow these guidelines to avoid these additional charges:

• Ship to the GES Advance Warehouse by Friday, February 18, 2022, to avoid any package room charges. Standard material handling charges will apply for shipping to the Advance Warehouse.
