    *** NOTE FROM INFORMA *** ​To provide increased comfortability for all attendees, all 10'x 10' exhibitors will receive an additional 100 square feet of exhibit space added to your booth at no charge – so your company will have a 10'x 20' exhibit space instead of a 10'x 10'. You will not be required to build a 10'x 20' booth but can use the added space as a meeting area or to display additional product if you wish. The only requirement for safety reasons will be that you arrange to carpet your entire exhibit space, including the additional 100 square feet. Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Trucks signing in after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime rate.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Shipping Addresses

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.
