Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Hilton Boston Logan Airport, New England Ballroom absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at c/o YRC 95 Concord Street North Reading, MA  01864


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:4/5/2017
Wednesday, April 5, 2017 - Thursday, May 4, 2017


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:
