IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.


Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:1/2/2018
Tuesday, January 2, 2018 - Wednesday, January 31, 2018


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Post Show Pickup Warehouse at


203 Kuller Rd.
Clifton, NJ 07011
United States of America

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Friday, February 16, 20184:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
