Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
  • Monday, December 5, 2016 - Tuesday, January 3, 2017

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Monday, December 5, 2016 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Tuesday, January 3, 2017 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Due to limited street access and dock availability, direct to showsite shipments will not be accepted at the Hilton New York Midtown. Hilton New York Midtown may not have the capabilities to receive nor have adequate storage space for exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Hilton New York Midtown will be consigned to GES and you will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Hilton New York Midtown for any items sent directly to the Hilton New York Midtown. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment received not within the deadlines.
