Booth Carpet in halls 3A, 3B, 3E are supplied by ICSC New York Deal Making. If you or your display house intends to use carpet and/or flooring other than the carpet supplied, you must notify GES of your intent. This form must be filled out completely and submitted by October 25, 2017, or the carpet described in the Exhibit space specifications will be installed in your exhibit space. No exceptions please.

If these arrangements are not made by the deadline date above, a charge of $ 2.23 per sq. ft. will be incurred for removal of ICSC New York Deal Making supplied booth carpet. The same charge will be incurred if anyone installs exhibitor supplied carpet over the top of the gray supplied booth carpet. This includes all late orders received after the deadline date, as our carpet plan will be finalized and lengths of carpet cut accordingly. This fee will be included on your GES invoice at the close of show.

If you will NOT be utilizing the provided package carpet, but will be providing your own floor covering and would like GES to lay it for you, please order Installation and Dismantling labor.

If you will NOT be utilizing the provided package carpet and your EAC will be installing your carpet for you, please provide their company name below:

1. Exhibitor supplied floor covering must cover your entire booth area. No partial coverage will be allowed.
2. If using GES carpet, padding or visqueen, please order items on the Carpet and Flooring ordering page.
